NUMIC has a no questions asked return policy. We might request you to share an image of your product/s. For your order to qualify as a return or exchange :

• You must raise a return request by email on customercare@numic.in within 36 hours of receipt of your order. We shall not entertain any request post 36 hours of delivery.
• Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered.
• Product must be in perfect condition. In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect product, kindly send an image of the product.
• Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality. Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products in the form of store credit. Please note the shipping charge of Rs.75 where applicable will not be refunded.
• For prepaid orders, in case of order cancellations or orders that go to abandoned cart, refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. Timeline for same would be 5-7 working days.
• Once you have requested for a return/ exchange the product will be collected within 7 working days.
• If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. For any loss or damage to the products suffered during the transit, it is agreed that the purchaser shall be solely responsible for the same.
• No return / refund / exchange is possible for any customised products.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled before shipping lost or undelivered to your preferred location. NUMIC reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so. After shipping we will deduct the shipping charge. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

• ​Please mail us at customercare@numic.in for any cancellation request. If the Purchaser wants to return the product after completion of order / shipment he/she will have to bear the shipping charges
• Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
• No cancellation applicable for customised products once the order is placed.

Measurements/dimensions of the products areapproximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of theproduct. Therefore, the actual product dimension may vary by +/- 5% afterproduction
